All of our prices are based on flat rates which include unlimited stitches. By us charging flat rates based on the dimensions of the design, it simplifies the process of ordering embroidery digitizing services. This allows you to instantly place your order, payment, and artwork for digitizing. You do not need to worry about "estimating" your design's stitch count to know the cost to have it digitized, you only need to know the design's dimensions that you would like. This allows you to submit your order immediately without worrying about the stitch count. As long as your design fits within the design size range you ordered, there is no limit on the stitch count!
Flat Rate Digitizing Services:
$15.00
flat digitizing rate for designs up to 5 x 5 inches. Includes unlimited stitches for any design that can fit within a 5 x 5 inch design area! Fast Next Business Day turn-around time on all orders!
$35.00
flat digitizing rate for large sized designs up to 15 x 15 inches. Includes unlimited stitches for any design that can fit within a 15 x 15 inch design area. Fast Next Business Day turn around time on all orders!
Invoicing Cycles for Volume orders:
If your company intends to continuously be placing high volume orders with Sole Digitizing, please email us your approximate order volumes required per month along with your company information. We will then inform you of the available invoicing cycles we can offer your company. Please send your request to: sales@soledigitizing.com
Editing:
As a courtesy to all of our customers, all orders include free editing of the design that you had us digitize within the last 30 days. If you desire to have the digitized design edited, you MUST submit your request within 30 business days from when you received the digitized embroidery design. You may submit your request by sending an email to sales@soledigitizing.com.
Resizing:
We offer resizing services for designs that were previously ordered through Sole Digitizing. Please note that if the new size you would like is larger or smaller than the originally ordered service area, you will need to place a new order at our standard digitizing rate.
$7 for resizing a design that was originally ordered to fit within the 5 x 5 inch service area. The new size must be no larger than 5 x 5 inches.
$10 for resizing of a design that was originally ordered to fit within the 15 x 15 inch service area. The new size must be no larger than 15 x 15 inches and no less than 5 x 5 inches.
